Upper and lower bronze frames with slag and leaded glass inserts flank carved and patinated wood Moorish influenced architectural details with inset slag glass panels. Bronze pigtail with two original bronze chain links. Bronze finial adorns underside. Provenance: Estate of Jack Faxon, Michigan Senator and creator of the Michigan Council for the Arts.
some loss to the gold paint, a few cracks in the wood, one apparent crack in a glass panel, otherwise in good condition. Fitted with three chandelier light sockets, c. 1980. Rewired c.1980
